Based in Hailsham, we cover Brighton, Hove and right across Sussex. The list below is a guide, not a limit. If you are nearby, get in touch.
Brighton is where a lot of our work is, from bathroom refits in the North Laine flats to renovations up in Hanover and Preston Park.
Hove is a regular for us, especially bathroom and kitchen work in the big period conversions off Church Road and the seafront.
Worthing is a short run west along the coast, and its mix of older seafront property and family semis keeps us busy.
Shoreham sits between us and Worthing, and its harbourside homes take a battering from the weather, which is a lot of what we get called to.
Lancing is well within our patch along the coast road, with plenty of the bungalows and semis we do bathroom and maintenance work on.
Portslade runs from the old village up top down to the port, and we cover both for plumbing, carpentry and renovation work.
Burgess Hill is an easy trip up towards the Downs, with lots of the modern family housing we fit kitchens and bathrooms in.
Lewes is close to home and full of older, protected property, which suits our tidy, sympathetic approach to period buildings.
Newhaven is a straight run down the valley from us, and its exposed harbourside homes see plenty of leak and repair work.
Peacehaven sits right on the cliffs, so its bungalows take a lot of weather, and we do a steady stream of repair and bathroom work there.
Seaford is close by along the coast, and its older seafront homes and bungalows keep us busy with bathrooms and repairs.
Eastbourne is just down the road from our Hailsham base, so it is one of the areas we cover most for every kind of work.
Hailsham is our home town, so most weeks we are working somewhere in BN27, from the old centre to the newer estates.
Uckfield is a comfortable run north from Hailsham, and its mix of old cottages and new housing means all sorts of work for us.
Littlehampton is towards the far west of our patch on the coast, mostly for bathroom, plumbing and repair work by the sea.
Bognor is the furthest west we travel as standard, out along the coast, for bathroom and refurbishment jobs by the sea.
Horsham sits up towards the Weald and mixes a protected old centre with big modern estates, both of which we cover.
Hastings is the eastern edge of our area, and its steep Old Town cottages are exactly the kind of older property we like working on.
